The holiday apartment is situated within the old village school on the boundary of Sea Palling & Waxham, just a short walk from the beautiful dune backed sandy beach.

Hickling Broad, the largest stretch of open water in Broadland is 3 miles away, Norwich is 20 miles inland and Great Yarmouth 15 miles along the coast.

 

 

 

The apartment sleeps 4 and is situated on the ground floor and consists of the following:

One double bedded room and one twin bedded room each with wash basin and shaver points, pillows and duvet. Cot available on request.

Lounge/kitchenette with fridge/small freezer compartment, microwave, mini oven with double hotplate and toaster, colour t.v.

Tiled bathroom with shower/bath, toilet and wash basin.

Central heating from owners own boiler, hot water, electricity and bed linen are all included in the rent.

Short breaks subject to availability on request. Well behaved pets are welcome.
